Welcome to Suds and Flicker, where everyday self-care is made a little more special.
My soap-making journey began in 2018 when I started creating handmade soaps to sell at our local high school craft fair as a fundraiser for After Prom. What began as a fun way to support the school and give back to the community quickly grew into a passion for creating beautiful, thoughtfully crafted bath and body products.
Today, I live in Littleton, Colorado, with my husband, Chris. Our daughter has flown the coop, which gave me the perfect opportunity to transform her former bedroom into my very own soap studio! Our son is currently in his senior year at Colorado State University, and I'm enjoying this exciting new chapter of life while continuing to grow my small business.
What started with a few handmade soaps has blossomed into a collection of artisan soaps, luxurious sugar scrubs, nourishing body butters, lotion bars, and beautifully scented wax melts. I love experimenting with fragrances, creating new products, and finding little ways to make everyday routines feel more indulgent.
For me, Suds and Flicker is about more than soap and self-care. It's about creativity, family, community, and the joy of making something by hand. I'm so grateful that a simple fundraiser idea from 2018 has grown into something I get to share with others.
